Balabolka is a programme that quickly and easily gives voice to your text files. The software will read DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2, and HTML files of all kinds. You can also save the sound document in WAV, OGG, MP3 and OGG formats after it has been read.

You may also change the voice that speaks the text’s speed and pitch to make it sound lower or higher. 

Balabolka has two types of English voices and a regular speaker form with Spanish pronunciation (male) (male and female). But we can produce even more by altering the tone and speed of our voices.
